General Use Restrictions

All information, documents, products, data, and services provided on this Site, including graphics and images (the "Materials") are provided to you by Project Barndo LLC. Project Barndo LLC grants you the limited right to display the Materials only on your personal computer, and to copy and download the Materials displayed on this Site, provided that: (1) both the Project Barndo LLC copyright notice (set forth below) and this permission notice appear in the Materials so displayed, copied or downloaded, (2) such display, copy or download is solely for your personal or internal informational use (that is, not distributed or otherwise transmitted outside of your home or company, or otherwise broadcast in any media). You acknowledge and agree that you have no right to modify, edit, alter or enhance any of the Materials in any manner. This limited license terminates automatically, without notice to you, if you breach any of these Terms. Upon termination of this limited license, you agree to immediately destroy any downloaded and printed Materials.

Local Laws

Project Barndo LLC controls and operates this Site from its headquarters in the United States of America and makes no representation that the Materials are appropriate or will be available for use in other locations. If you use this Site from outside the United States of America, you are entirely responsible for compliance with applicable local laws, including but not limited to the export and import regulations of other countries in relation to the Materials and the Third Party Content.

Unless otherwise explicitly stated, all marketing or promotional materials found on this Site are solely directed to individuals, companies or other entities located in the United States.

You agree that Project Barndo LLC can revise these Terms at any time without notice by updating this posting. You agree that your continued use of the Site after such modifications have been made constitutes your acceptance of such revised Terms.

Any action related to these Terms will be governed by Michigan law and controlling U.S. federal law, without regard to the choice or conflicts of law provisions of any jurisdiction. You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts located in the State of Michigan, for the resolution of all disputes arising from or related to these Terms and/or your use of the Site.

If any provision of these Terms is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be contrary to law, then such provision(s) shall be construed, as nearly as possible, to reflect the intentions of the parties, with all other provisions remaining in full force and effect. The failure of Project Barndo LLC to enforce any right or provision in these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision unless acknowledged and agreed to by Project Barndo LLC in writing. The Terms comprises the entire agreement between you and Project Barndo LLC and supersede all prior or contemporaneous negotiations, discussions or agreements, if any, between the parties regarding the subject matter contained herein.

MEMBERSHIP & RECURRING FEES

Monthly Subscription Fee: By purchasing a Monthly Subscription, you agree to an initial and recurring Monthly Subscription fee at the then-current Monthly Subscription rate, and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges until you cancel your subscription. You may cancel your Monthly Subscription at any time, subject to the terms of our cancellation policy.

AUTOMATIC MONTHLY RENEWAL TERMS; Once you subscribe, Project Barndo will automatically process your Monthly Subscription fee in the next billing cycle. Project Barndo will continue to automatically process your Monthly Subscription fee each month at the then-current Monthly Subscription rate, until you cancel your subscription. We explain how to cancel your Monthly Subscription below at the Section "Cancellation Policy".

Annual Subscription: By purchasing an Annual Subscription, you agree to an initial pre-payment for one full year of service. After one year and annually thereafter, you will be billed a recurring Annual Subscription renewal fee at the then-current Annual Subscription rate. We will notify you before the renewal fee is billed. You may cancel your Annual Subscription anytime before the next billing cycle, subject to the terms of our cancellation policy.

AUTOMATIC ANNUAL RENEWAL TERMS: We bill your credit card for the Annual Subscription renewal fee in the first month of your next Annual Subscription.

For example, let's say you purchased an Annual Subscription beginning in January 2024 and ending in December 2025. We will bill you for the second year (January 2024 to December 2024) in January 2025, unless you cancel your Annual Subscription before January 2025. You accept responsibility for all recurring charges prior to cancellation. Once you subscribe, Project Barndo will automatically process your Annual Subscription fee at the then-current Annual Subscription rate. We explain how to cancel your Annual Subscription below at the Section "Cancellation Policy".

CANCELLATION POLICY: If you do not want to continue your subscription, you must notify us by submitting a cancellation request to us via our support email address info@projectbarndo.com.

For monthly subscriptions (including subscriptions for services), we require at least ten (10) days’ notice of cancellation by email (unless you are in your free trial period). If you provide such notice less than ten (10) days before the first day of your next subscription month, your credit card may still be charged. You will not be entitled to prorate your last month’s use, nor will you be entitled to any refund for any payments to Project Barndo. For annual subscriptions, we require at least thirty (30) days’ notice of cancellation by email. If you provide such notification less than thirty (30) days before the first day of your next subscription year, your credit card may still be charged for the full annual renewal amount. If you cancel before the end of your year, you will not be entitled to a refund, but we will provide you with a credit towards other potential Project Barndo subscription services. Project Barndo in its sole discretion may charge a cancellation fee equal to the amount the subscription may have been discounted.

7-DAY FREE TRIAL: When you register for a limited free trial period on Project Barndo, your trial period initiates immediately and extends for the duration specified on the Website at the time of registration. These trial subscriptions are exclusively offered to new subscribers of Project Barndo and are subject to availability periods specified on the Website. Prior subscribers or those who have previously enjoyed a trial subscription to Project Barndo are not eligible for further trial periods.

Should you decide not to continue your subscription after the trial period concludes, you must notify us at least 24 hours before the trial period concludes by canceling through the customer center be sending an email to info@projectbarndo.com. Failure to cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the trial period will result in the automatic continuation of your subscription. Your payment card provided at enrollment will be charged the full monthly membership subscription rate for Project Barndo (or any other purchased product) each month until cancellation. Please note that Project Barndo reserves the right to modify the monthly membership subscription rate at any time. In the event of a rate adjustment post-subscription, we will notify you via email and provide the opportunity to cancel. If the purchased product or subscription is annual, this section replaces monthly charges with annual charges.
